About Our Condo Gulf Terrace includes 27 two-story buildings containing 8 units each, all wrapped around a small lake situated across from the gulf. There are 2 gated entrances with one entrance on Highway 98 and one on Airport Rd.
Our condo, which we call "Destin Delight", is Floridian decor and completely furnished with everything that you have at home including:
Bedroom with 2 double beds and a small TV with DVD
Sofa bed in living room that makes a Queen size bed
2 Recliners in living room
32" TV with VCR in living room
Garbage disposal
Icemaker and water dispenser
Dishwasher
All of the necessary kitchen appliances
Our deck overlooks the natural lake that runs through the center of the complex. There is a lighted bridge to cross over to the other side of the lake. Many people like to fish in this lake, especially children.
Destin has many restaurants located up and down Highway 98 which runs in front of our complex. Within walking distance are restaurants like Wendy's, Chic-A-Fila, Waffle House, and Alvin's Island.
